What do you know, it's World Pasta day today, so I decided to make my take on the Gochujang pasta recipe that's going viral right now, but I used @San Remo Pasta's 3 minute quick cook pasta for one of the fastest meals I've ever put together. The pasta is available at Fairprice & RedMart in both spaghetti and macaroni! 3 tbsp Cream cheese 2 tbsp gochujang 1 tbsp chilli oil(or 1tsp sesame oil + 1/2 tsp chilli flakes) 2 tbsp spring onions, sliced 2 cloves grated garlic 1 tbsp sesame seeds Salt, to taste Add pasta into the paste and add enough water to thin it out into a sauce #sanremoSG #gochujangpasta #pasta #quickrecipes
Heading to Malaysia 🇲🇾 because I needed to try roti tsunami, did not disappoint. Can someone tell me where in Malaysia this originated from? This doesn't exactly have a Wikipedia page... Also have a newfound respect to all the prata/canai flippers, you make it look so effortless 🙏🏻 #nosugar #rotiprata #roticanai #rotitsunami #MalaysianFood
Beef enoki rolls are a viral recipe they're surprisingly easy to make. To me it's similar to Japanese Oyakodon, with enoki mushroom wrapped in thin slices of beef replacing chicken meat. I think I actually prefer this over Oyakodon Recipe: Sauce: 1/2 cup dashi/chicken stock/water 2 tbsp soy sauce 1 tbsp mirin(or omit) 1 tsp sugar - Wrap small bundles of enoki mushroom in thinly sliced beef(shabu shabu or sukiyaki beef works well here) - Pan sear in a bit of oil until browned on both sides - add in the sauce and bring to a simmer - drizzle in one beaten egg, cover and let cook for about a minute - slide onto cook rice, garnish with spring onion and sesame seeds #viralvideo #viralrecipe #beefrecipe #mushroomrecipe #eggrecipe
In celebration of @MILO®️ Singapore Official's 75 years in Singapore, I got a sneak peek into how our MILO Singapore is made! Never knew Singapore’s MILO is uniquely crafted to suit our local taste - more malt-forward and different from what you’ll find in other countries. Happy 75th anniversary to MILO here in Singapore! #milo #milodinosaur #milodino
You tiao(油条) aka Chinese donut aka dough fritters. Commonly eaten with soy bean milk for breakfast but this actually makes an incredible 'bread' for a sandwich 2 cups (250g) all-purpose flour 1 tsp baking powder ½ tsp baking soda ½ tsp salt ¾ cup (180ml) water (you might need a bit more or less) 1 tbsp neutral oil (like vegetable or canola) Oil for frying - mix the oil into the water, gradually mix into the dry ingredients until it comes together as a dough. Cover and let rest for 15 minutes. - press out into a rectangle and then fold it twice onto itself. Rotate and repeat the process 3 more times. Now cover and let it rest for 2 hours. - roll it out into a flat rectangle then cut into strips. Stack two strips on top of each other then press together with chopsticks - deep fry in oil at 175C for 2-3 minutes until puffed up and golden brown #doughfritters #youtiao #chinesedonut #油条 #chinesefood
Making and rating celebrity chef's signature dishes episode 15: Gordon Ramsay's beef Wellington Beef Wellington is a dish made with beef tenderloin coated in mushroom paste, wrapped in puff pastry, and baked. It’s one of Gordon Ramsay’s signature dishes and is a little overrated in my opinion #gordonramsay #celebritychef #recipes #signaturedish #wellington #beefwellington
Day 3 of burger week and I'm making a viral burger recipe, the Oklahoma onion burger made with thinly sliced onions. This one was so delicious, sweet caramelized onion with some charred bits #onionrecipes #oklahoma #onionburger #burger #burgerrecipe #americanfood

I had this honey butter toast in London at a bakery called arome, it's basically crunchy caramelized brown sugar, with the aroma honey and the richness of butter wrapped around delicious bread. I mean what's not to love about this? It's extremely sinful but yes it's very good, make this on the weekends for a little treat and you won't regret it 🤤 Recipe for the butter: 100g butter 100g brown sugar 50g honey Pinch of salt #honey #butter #buttertoast #breakfastrecipe #DessertRecipes #caramelizedtoast #frenchtoast
One of the simplest pasta recipes which only really requires 3 ingredients - Pasta, cheese and pepper, but takes a bit of technique and practice to get right. Here's my recipe and some techniques to get that perfect creamy sauce 180g spaghetti - Boil in salted water 100g Pecorino Romano cheese, grated(substitute with Parmesan cheese if you cannot find it but it is not traditionally used) 1/4 cup whole black peppercorns - Roast the peppercorns in an empty pan on medium heat for about 3 minutes. Pound them in a pestle and mortar and add 2 tsp worth of ground black pepper into a bowl - Add in the grated Pecorino Romano and 1/2 a cup of reserved pasta water - Add in the cooked pasta and toss it through the cheese paste. Then return to the stove on low heat, adding in more pasta water in small increments as needed - season with salt to taste 1) Do not subject the cheese to too much heat. At the first stage where pasta water is added, I let the pasta water cool down on the side as a precaution before adding it in. At the second stage, be sure to use low heat while letting the cheese melt 2) Do not add too much pasta water to the pasta, it's easier to add in pasta water in small batches when it's too dry, but if you have added in too much water, you will have to heat the pasta sauce up on high heat to evaporate off the excess water and thicken it, which is exactly what we are trying to avoid #cacioepepe #cheeserecipe #pastalover #pastarecipe #simplerecipe
