Waddesdon Manor in Buckinghamshire 🏰🌷 I love visiting this National Trust property in Buckinghamshire. It's a great mid point between the Midlands and London to meet up with my family. Usual National Trust entrance fees so make sure you have an annual pass to save, then I'd also recommend adding on the shuttle bus to the house for £2.50 and adult return. It's not a long walk - about 20 minutes but if you have lots of picnic bags it's worth it. Add on house entry when you scan your card / buy your tickets, it's worth going in and seeing the beautiful interiors. There is a coffee van on the lawns out the front and a cafe and restaurant which is always busy and more eateries at the stables. The little village of Eguisheim in the Alsace region in France is like stepping into a storybook ⛲️ Said to be the inspiration for Disney's Beauty and the Beast. Babbacombe 💙 A beautiful seaside town on the English Riviera in South Devon by Torquay. The weather was mixed so we visited the model village and had some lunch at Babbacombe Bay Cafe on the promenade before the steep walk down to the bay. There's the jetty which people were fishing from, kayaks and people swimming. There is parking at the bottom but a very small pay and display. it's a short walk across the boardwalk to the beach huts with a shop and cafe and thankfully a cliff railway to get back to the top for £2.50 per adult. #babbacombe #southdevon #babbacombecliffrailway
Tyntesfield 🏰🌿 A gorgeous gothic style National Trust property in North Somerset near Bristol. It's great to stop off if you're travelling to or from Devon or Cornwall as only a few minutes ftom M5 motorway. It has large grounds with a kitchen and walled garden, usual cafe and gift shops. There are lots of family activities throughout the summer too. Dog friendly and mobile accessible on the paths for pushchairs and wheelchairs. #tyntesfield #nationaltrust #Somerset

Coughton Court 🌸🏰 A fascinating National Trust property in Warwickshire with a rich history dating back to the Gunpowder Plot.
