Place the patties on a low carb tortilla with a slit cut halfway up the middle. 4. Add cheese, the onions, and any other toppings you want. Fold it like I do in the video and fry until the outside is crispy. For the spread just mix sugar free ketchup, mayo & relish. You can add sweetener if you want but it’s not necessary! Blend all ingredients except the blueberries and chocolate chips. 2. Fold in your blueberries and pour into greased, lined, muffin cups. 3. Bake at 350°F for 30-35 minutes (until a toothpick comes out clean) Pro tip: They are delicious as is, but to make them even better, add 2-4 tbsp of flour or almond flour 👍

Blend all ingredients except the peanut butter & chocolate chips. 2. Pour into a greased dish. Stir in your chocolate chips. 3. Microwave for 1.5 to 2 minutes. 4.
