19 weeks today and haven’t vomited in 5 days (that’s a new record!) A little morning in my life - absolutely loving being back at Pilates 🤌🏽 @HYDEE has literally saved my life this pregnancy - blackcurrant is my current favourite flavour. The salad that made me like salad again 😅 I couldn’t look at greens for a solid few months this pregnancy and one day made this and it’s what got me excited about food again plus it’s SO easy to whip up! I love it either with roast potatoes or corn chips 😍 1 medium sized cucumber, diced 400g cherry tomatoes (or any tomatoes) diced 1 avocado, diced 1 small red onion, diced Large handful coriander, finely chopped 400g canned black beans, drained and washed 200g feta, crumbed 1 lemon, juiced 1 tbsp olive oil Salt & pepper Prep and add all of these ingredients to a bowl and mix to combine. #saladsoftiktok #healthymealprep #mealprep #easylunch
I couldn’t even count how long it’s been since I’ve made a raw slice. Life has got ridiculously bust lately so this raw slice is perfect as it’s actually quite simple with not any weird ingredients 🙌🏽 1 1/2 cups almond meal 1/4 cup coconut oil 1/4 cup maple syrup 1 cup smooth peanut butter 2 tbsp melted coconut oil 1/2 cup coconut cream 1/4 cup maple syrup 1 tsp vanilla essence 120g dark chocolate 1 tbsp coconut oil Add the almond meal, coconut oil and maple syrup to a bowl and mix to combine. Tip into a lined slice tin and press firmly together. Place in the fridge while you make the filling. In a saucepan mix together all of the ingredients on medium heat, whisking and string while the mixture heats. Once combined remove from heat and tip over the base layer. Place in the freezer to set for an hour. Melt the chocolate and coconut oil together and pour over the middle layer, spreading evenly. Place in the fridge to set again for another hour. Sprinkle the top with sea salt and cut into slices (heat a knife with boiling water to cut slice so the chocolate doesn’t crack) #healthydessert #nutritiouseats #easydessert
