Full breakdown of 3 month body transformation below.. 1. Tracking food - You must track your intake to ensure you’re reaching the correct amount of calories. Use @MyFitnessPal to input your goals and it will tell you how many calories you should consume per day. From there start tracking each meal. No stats no results. 2. Tracking weights - Make yourself a chart/spreadsheet with your exercises and mark what you did each session so you can actively review and up your weights each session. 3. Protein - Rule of thumb: 2.2 x body weight = daily protein intake. Protein is exactly what you're turning into muscle so you must stay consistent. 4. Creatine - Creatine is the ultimate magic sauce to gains. You must take 1x 5g scoop per day and be consistent with it otherwise it won’t be as effective.
