I talk a lot about balance, but let’s be real — sometimes it just doesn’t exist when you’re spinning a million different plates. That’s why having a few solid strategies in place to manage your time is a game-changer. If you’re struggling to make time for workouts, here are 3 tips I swear by: 1. Prioritize and Plan Ahead Treat your workout like you would an important meeting or brunch with your bestie. Put it in your calendar when you’re planning your week so the time is already blocked out. Once it’s in there, all that’s left to do is show up. 2. Opt for Shorter, More Effective Workouts Gone are the days of spending 2-3 hours at the gym (and half of that time recovering from blurry vision after sets, lol). Now? I’m all about shorter, more intense workouts. Focus on fewer exercises, really nail that mind-to-muscle connection, and prioritize progressive overload. Trust me, quality > quantity. 3. Be Flexible and Forgiving This one’s tough because it requires real honesty with yourself. Ask: - Am I genuinely tired, or just feeling a bit lazy? - Am I actually short on time, or do I just *feel* like rotting in bed tonight? - Am I too busy, or am I looking for excuses? Some days will be harder than others, and that’s okay. Give yourself grace.
