Bicep Workout Seated Barbell Curls 90-135lbs 12-24 reps x 4 sets • sit on a workout bench with a barbell on your lap. Grip the bar on its outer edges. Keep your chest upright & shoulders back. Lift the bar upwards in an arcing motion & breathe out as you do. Bring the bar as high as you can & create an isometric contraction for approximately 1 second. Get on your knees while holding the rope in this position. Now lean forward bringing your elbows towards your thighs until your abdominal muscles are fully contracted. Hold in this position for 1 second before slowly rising up, to an upright position with your torso. Take a breath, & preform another crunch.
