This is the easiest flower to start your buttercream piping journey. I love a Hydrangea and these are so easy to put together and pipe, and the blue with the white just makes it wow 🤩. In this video, you will see how I two-tone them. I first layer the inside of the bag with one colour and then add my other colour in the middle. Top tip - Once I have done this, I like to pipe it out a little on the back of my spatula, otherwise when you start piping it will just be block colour. My top tip when making any two-tone buttercream flower is to test it out on the back of something before you start piping; otherwise, you will end up with just a block colour. You can see me doing this in the video. Russian nozzles can be a hit or a miss and can be frustrating to use.
