Replying to @KT Loks Lao Marinated Baked Eggs. One of my Favorites snack growing up. Recipe: First clean 20 Eggs, give it a quick rinse and pat dry. 1. Take the end the front part of the spoon and gently give it one or two taps to the tip of the egg, then do it again with the end of the spoon as shown in my picture. 2. Next, in a Mixing Bowl. Remove the yolk using either a chop stick or skewer. You want to poke it in a circular motion and give it a shake, the yolk should come out little by little, as shown in the picture. 3. Give it a whisk then add in these ingredients 👇🏻 2 Tbs of Chicken Powder Mix 1 Tbs of Mountain Seasoning or Soy Sauce 1 Tbs of Dark Soy Sauce 1 Tbs of Fish Sauce 1 Tbs of Black Pepper 1 Tbs of Oyster Sauce 1 Tsp of Tsp Garlic Powder Once complete, whisk in well. 4. Next, use a Baster, or any kind of Funnel Measuring Cup to put in marinated egg yolk back into the egg shells. - Place the eggs back on the Carton or in a Mini Cup Cake Baking Pan. * Do not over fill the egg shells or else it will over flow when you bake the eggs. Leave a little space for the eggs to raise. * Pre heat oven to 175 for 15 mins, then place in the eggs in the oven, for an 1 Hour and 15 Mins. Then bring the heat up to 200 for another hour. Lastly, turn off the oven, remove the eggs carton and let it rest. Once it’s cooled down, eat it as a Snack, I like to dip mines in Sweet Chili Sauce. #laos #eggs #laofood #tiktoklaos #fyp
