Where do I begin on this one... The thing is, that door that I pulled up to is the designated drop off spot for food deliveries at the holocaust museum. And it's 50 yards away from the actually museum doors And you can't actually walk into the cafe, there's like 5 other security guards right behind that door. So there was no way I would be able to leave my bike in the first place. I was just getting off my bike to get the food from my bag. Like they've seen 100 other people do prior to this delivery. So once I pulled up to the correct door to talk to the security guard behind the door. There was no reason for the second dude to walk up ... I only paused because I thought he had something to say. But he just wanted to make me look bad in front of his coworkers, who then all accused me of coming to the drop off and starting drama. When all the other dude had to dude was let me hand the food over and I would have left Once I asked him why he was being hostile and doing the most he then tried to reverse everything and gas light me into being the issue there. To the point where the other security guard was denying me of even dropping the food off

I didn't even realize how big the order was until I got to the store and saw there was two bags and a drink The order was listed at $6 so I figured it would be something a bit smaller too. I've delivered to this spot a hundred times and this is the first time I've been told to go to a loading dock to drop food off Honestly if I have to go through all of that and the order is this big (meaning there's more than one person eating) you could easily just send someone down to get it I could easily see orders getting misplaced because of the back room situation they have going on

Dunkin ran out of bacon somehow so they had to call Uber and turn off the option to buy anything with bacon. Only problem is that they only turned off one bacon item so people were ordering stuff that couldn't be made So until someone like me calls Uber support to fully cancel the order. Multiple drivers will keep showing up for the order and then dropping the order which sends it to another driver... I was probably the 3rd or 4th driver that showed up for this Of course I had to call for compensation it was time update the spreadsheet with a new competitor Thankfully Andrew came to play. Dude didn't even hesitate to throw the 70 percent pay out to me, even after his co worker said no compensation...
