Unsynced multi-tap delays 😵‍💫 There’s something beautiful about dialling in the delay time by hand. As you shift the time parameter you get those hypnotic fluctuations of one delay cascading into the next. Embracing the imperfections and the ever so slightly off the grid feel to the delay tails. Then you hit “the spot” where the delay locks into the groove and it all makes perfect sense. A trick I like to do with the mono Xaoc Sarajewo BBD delay is take the 3 separate tap outputs and pan one hard left, one hard right and the other straight down the middle.
