Ingredients: 2 pounds skinless, boneless chicken breasts 1 (1 ounce packet) au jus mix 1 (1 ounce) packet ranch seasoning mix 12 jarred pepperoncini peppers, divided, or more to taste 1/4 cup pepperoncini brine from the jar 1 stick butter 8 ounces cream cheese 1 pound spaghetti 8 ounces Monterey Jack cheese, shredded 1/4 cup sliced green onions Directions Gather all ingredients. Place chicken breasts in the bottom of a slow cooker. Sprinkle evenly with au jus and ranch seasonings. Place 6 peppers on top and pour in 1/4 cup pepper brine. Place stick of butter on top, cover, and cook on High for 2 hours 15 minutes. Uncover and add cream cheese. Replace the lid and continue to cook while pasta cooks, about 10 minutes. Meanwhile, bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 9 minutes. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water and drain pasta. Remove chicken from slow cooker and shred into bite-sized pieces. Remove peppers and chop into smaller pieces. Chop remaining peppers and add chicken and chopped peppers back to the slow cooker. Stir until well combined and creamy. Add in pasta and pasta water, along with 1 cup cheese. Stir until well combined. Top with remaining cheese and cover until cheese is melted, 5 to 10 minutes. Get the recipe down below or at the link in the @allrecipes bio! ๐Ÿ” Ingredients: 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into 1-inch pieces 3/4 pound boneless skinless chicken thighs, cut into 1-inch pieces 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 1/4 teaspoon white pepper 1 teaspoon paprika, divided 2 teaspoons salt, divided 1 cup flour 2/3 cup cornstarch 3/4 teaspoon pepper 6 hamburger buns, toasted 1 1/4 cups club soda oil for frying, or as needed shredded iceberg lettuce, to taste 3 tablespoons mayonnaise Directions: Combine chicken, garlic powder, white pepper, 1/2 teaspoon paprika, and 1 teaspoon salt in a food processor. Pulse until finely chopped and it forms a uniform mixture. Shape chicken mixture into 6 patties and freeze on a parchment or wax paper-lined baking sheet for 20 to 30 minutes. Heat oil to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Whisk together flour, cornstarch, remaining salt, remaining paprika, and pepper in a bowl.
