More Polyphemus animatic progress hot off the griddle. My close personal friends Marshal Amadeaus Tok and Therloneous J. Tik recently told me that if you write a longer description the more likely your video is to be picked up by the algorithm. So here I am saying some extra words, probably not enough words, to hopefully give my lil vid here a fighting chance. This is part of a larger animatic I am working based on the animated indie pilot I’ve been working an embarrassingly long time on. It’s called GenreBound and it follows three gig workers of the post-apocalypse as they struggle to make ends meet in a world built around different literary genres. This here Polyphemus animatic is based on a later episode whre the gang gets turned into toys in the realm of surrealist fiction. Our main three characters are Ish (toy soldier), Guy (lucky cat) and Nessa (ballerina). With them are Pete (plaid suit) Lu (big fluffy coat), and Sola (monarch butterfly pattern) and a big evil queen victoria lookin’ lady.
