I set a personal goal to learn this incredible piece, and though the journey was challenging, it taught me a lot while I had so much fun 🎶. I’ve never had professional training—just one piano lesson when I was about eight—but I’ve taught myself to play by ear and feel, across all the instruments I play🎹. In this video, I’m playing a piano-only version of the piece, performed live on my electric piano. It's special for me, as this song feels like the perfect farewell to my little studio before I begin a major renovation. This room has been at the heart of my recent creative work, and I wanted to honor it with this performance 💫. I highly recommend listening with headphones 🎧 to this version or the original, and letting the music take you deep into your soul. The original version is epic and otherworldly, and this piece has been a source of inspiration for me over the years.
