Vans can be noisy things, so to reduce vibrations and excess sound when driving, I am using a sound deadening material on the panels of the van. I decided to go with a UK based manufacturer and bought a roll of Deadn Hex from Dodo Mat. The material adds weight to the panels of the van and is self adhesive. I simply cut out the desired squares and rectangles, then peel off the backing and apply to the ceiling and wall panels. I do this with a roller to get an even stick and to avoid cutting myself on the sharp metal edges.
