I created an AI powered project manager app that is initiated with an iphone shortcut. Using a shortcut to record my audio and immediatly send that audio to email, it allowed me to trigger a Zap on Zapier. From there it automatically 1. converts the audio to text with whisper 2. use Open AI API to take that text 3. generate a summary and to do list 4. generate a name 5. Figure out the category of what I'm saying 6. Use paths to determine what "category" tag I should use 7. Updates it on a project management tool like ClickUp Next step would be to get AI to automatically create subtasks. This is very doable.
