🌯3-INGREDIENT GLUTEN FREE WRAPS🌯 And it's finally time for the wheat free edition! And they are just as lovely and easy to make as my OG recipe (that one used Caputo gluten free flour, which contains gf wheat starch and wasn't suitable for wheat allergy sufferers). BUT anyway back to these wraps, which only takes 15 minutes to make - ideal as a substitute for tortillas, roti, lefse, whatever gluteny flat, round things you are missing from your #glutenfree diet. The recipe for these is in my cookbook Eat & Enjoy Gluten Free (page 178) and you'll need water, whole psyllium husk and a gf plain flour blend (I used FREEE - if you live outside of the UK I've got a recipe in the book for how to make a similar blend from scratch - I got you 😘). They are fairly easy to make, there's a little knack to cooking them so I thought I'd do a video to show my spatula squishing technique, which helps force the steam inside the wrap out to the edges to help it puff up nicely.
