This is gonna sound crazy, but I think I found a character in FNAF 2 that no one’s talked about — and it wasn’t even my game files. So, my older brother used to be obsessed with modding FNAF games back in the day. He’s long moved on (he’s into VR stuff now), but I was going through an old external hard drive of his that we were about to toss. Among all the old projects and game rips, there was this weird folder just labeled "dump_ICE" — I almost didn’t open it. Inside? Tons of scattered FNAF 2 files — camera footage, early animations, partial audio, even some sprite sheets. Most of it was normal, just out-of-order or broken. But then I found this short video file: “PR4_idle_track_ice.avi” I dug deeper and found some audio files too, all unlabeled but with weird names like: iceman_idle_loop.wav cold_jingle_mixdown.ogg room4_entry_freeze.aif Even the sprite folder had a few partial renders named icecream_mn_head_sil.png and parlor_screamer.png. I swear these aren’t from any known mod. It almost looks like something that was planned but quietly cut. Or hidden.
