This is practise for those children with autism who require frequent appointments with the doctors. As you can see I am using a home medical Kit as part of my sons routine to practise procedures when visiting the doctors. These practises as you can see include checking their Temperature, checking their Oxygen levels, checking their blood pressure , applying plasters, and weighing themselves. It is so important that you include this in your child's routine to prevent hardship when they reach their appointments as you may find that the child does not allow certain procedures as stated above. I also added clothing clips to his head as Omar will require an ECG scan so this is part of a process that will prepare him to accept objects being in his head for long periods of time. This has to become something that is done everyday as it will be hard for the children to adapt to seeing new doctors. Routine is everything. So for the visit to the doctor to run smoothly you must train your children. The doctor cannot do miracles it alll starts at home. Please take what I have shown into consideration.
